पिटिका मर्महृत्पृष्ठस्तनांसगुदमूर्धगाः । पर्वपादकरस्था वा मन्दोत्साहं प्रमेहिणम् ॥ ८६ ॥
pitaka (carbuncle) which are situated on vital spots, region of the heart, back, breasts shoulders, rectum, head, joints, feet and hands, in him, who has no enthusiasm (for physical activities),
