वृद्धं पाण्डुज्वरच्चर्दिकासशोफातिसारिणम् । कासश्वासौ ज्वरच्छर्दि तृष्णातीसारशोफिनम्॥७६॥
In old persons and in those having anaemia, fever vomiting, cough, swelling(dropsy) and diarrhoea is going to kill. Kasa-Svasa gata Rista – fatal signs in cough and breathing disorders / dyspnea Kasa (cough) and svasa (dyspnoea) are fatal in person having fever, vomiting, thirst, diarrhoea and swelling (dropsy).
