रसैर्वा जाङ्गलैः शुद्धिवर्जं चास्रोक्तमाचरेत्। असम्पूर्णत्रिमासायाः प्रत्याख़्याय प्रसाधयेत्॥६॥

मुद्गादियूषैरामे तु जिते स्निग्धादि पूर्ववत्। गर्भे निपतिते तीक्ष्णं मद्यं सामर्थ्यतः पिबेत्॥९॥

should drink peya (thin gruel) processed with laghu panchamula (powder of roots of Desmodium gangeticum, Uraria picta, Solanum indicum, Solanum xanthocarpum and Tribulus terrestris) and kept dry (without adding fats).
