Astanga Hrudaya
गोधानकुलमार्जारशल्यकोन्दुरजं पलम्। पृथक् दशपलं क्षीरे पञ्चमूलं च साधयेत्॥४९॥
Take one pala (approx. 48g) each of the flesh of godhā (monitor lizard), nakula (mongoose), mārjāra (wild cat), śalyaka (porcupine), and undura (bandicoot rat). Cook these distinct meats together with ten pala (approx. 480g) of the pañcamūla roots in a generous quantity of cow's milk and water.
