Astanga Hrudaya
तं तैललवणाभ्यक्तं स्विन्नं प्रस्तरसङ्करैः । निरूढः जाङ्गलरसैर्भोजयित्वाऽनुवासयेत् ॥ ९ ॥
Such a patient should be anointed with oil mixed with salt (taila-lavaṇa-abhyakta) and subjected to sudation therapy using the prastara (bed of stones/leaves) and saṅkara (bolus) methods. He should then be administered a decoction enema (nirūha), fed with food along with the meat soup of wild animals (jāṅgala-rasa), and subsequently given an oil enema (anuvāsana).
