विसर्पविद्रध्यलजीकक्षादाहान् जयेद्घृतम् । तैलं तु गुल्ममेहार्शोविबन्धकफमारुतान् ॥ ५६ ॥
when consumed, conquers herpes (visarpa), abscesses (vidradhi), eruptive skin boils (alajī), axillary painful tumors (kakṣā), and burning sensations (dāha). Medicated oil prepared with these same roots cures abdominal tumors (gulma), diabetes (meha), hemorrhoids (arśas), constipation (vibandha), and disorders born of Kapha and Vata.
