द्राक्षाक्षोटादि च फलं मधुरस्निग्धबृंहणम् । तैः पचेत्सर्पिषः प्रस्थं कर्षांशैः श्लक्ष्णकल्कितैः ॥ ९६ ॥
It also includes Vitis vinifera, Juglans regia, and other similar fruits that possess sweet, unctuous, and deeply nourishing (brmhana) properties. One Prastha (768 g) of ghee is cooked together with the fine paste of all these herbs, each taken in the quantity of one Karsha (12 grams).

The mixture is boiled alongside cow's milk, the juice of Emblica officinalis, the juice of Pueraria tuberosa, sugarcane juice, and the meat soup of a goat. Once the cooked ghee has completely cooled down, half a prastha (384 ml) of honey and half a tula (2.4 kg) of fine sugar powder are thoroughly mixed into it.

To this, half a pala (24 grams) each of the fine powders of Piper nigrum, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Elettaria cardamomum, Cinnamomum tamala, and Mesua ferrea are added. From this prepared confection, the patient should lick a measured dose of one Prasrita (approx. 96 grams) or a quantity appropriate to their digestive capacity and physical strength.

This formulation is celebrated as Amritaprasha Ghrita, and for human beings, it is nothing short of divine nectar (amrita). It holds a status equivalent to the elixir of the gods. While undergoing this therapy, the patient's diet should predominantly consist of milk, nutritious meat soups, and rice.

It provides profound nourishment and completely rejuvenates individuals suffering from loss of semen (oligospermia), chest injuries, chronic emaciation, or those severely debilitated by lingering illnesses. It is highly beneficial for those exhausted by overindulgence in sexual activity, the weak, and those who have lost their natural complexion and voice.
