कासहिध्माज्वरश्वासदाहतृष्णास्रपित्तनुत् । पुत्रदं छर्दिमूर्छाहृद्योनिमूत्रामयापहम् ॥ १०१ ॥
It effectively cures cough, hiccup, fever, dyspnea, internal burning sensations, excessive thirst, and bleeding disorders (Raktapitta). Furthermore, it acts as a fertility enhancer (bestowing children/progeny), and treats vomiting, fainting, cardiac diseases, disorders of the female reproductive tract (vaginal/uterine ailments), and urinary tract disorders.

To prepare this medicated ghee, a decoction is made by taking one Pala (48 g) each of Tribulus terrestris, Vetiveria zizanioides, Rubia cordifolia, Sida cordifolia, Gmelina arborea, Cymbopogon schoenanthus, the roots of Desmostachya bipinnata, Uraria picta, Butea monosperma, Manilkara hexandra, and Desmodium gangeticum.

The decoction of these herbs is cooked along with four times its quantity of milk, and a fine medicinal paste (Kalka) consisting of Mucuna pruriens, Leptadenia reticulata, Polygonatum verticillatum, Microstylis muscifera, and Malaxis acuminata.

The paste further includes Asparagus racemosus, Habenaria edgeworthii, Vitis vinifera, sugar, Sphaeranthus indicus, and Nelumbo nucifera. One Prastha (768 g) of ghee is thoroughly processed and cooked with these ingredients. This recipe effectively cures cardiac pain and heart diseases caused by the aggravation of Vata and Pitta.

This medicated ghee cures dysuria (difficulty in urination), Prameha (diabetes/urinary disorders), hemorrhoids, cough, consumption, and emaciation. Furthermore, it rapidly bestows physical strength and muscle mass to individuals who are severely debilitated by excessive archery, overindulgence in women (sexual activity), consumption of wine, lifting heavy loads, or walking long distances.
