दंष्ट्राविषे मूलविषे सगरे कृत्रिमे विषे। यथार्हं स्निग्धकोष्ठेन पेयमेतद्विरेचनम्॥२१॥
and in cases of animal/fang poisoning (daṃṣṭrā-viṣa), root/vegetable poisoning (mūla-viṣa), homicidal/garaviṣa combinations, and artificial/chemical toxins. This purgative powder should be consumed appropriately by a person whose alimentary tract has been properly lubricated with unctuous materials (snigdha-koṣṭha).

Equal quantities of hapuṣā – Juniperus communis, kāñcana kṣīrī – Argemone mexicana, triphalā – Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica and Emblica officinalis, nīlinīphalam – fruit/parts of Indigofera tinctoria, trāyantī – Gentiana kurroo, rohiṇī (kaṭurohiṇī) – Picrorhiza kurroo, tiktā – Swertia chirata, sātalā – Euphorbia dracunculoides, trivṛtā – Operculina turpethum, and vacā – Acorus calamus;

hapuSAM kAJcanakSIrIM triphalAM nIlinIphalam । trAyantIM rohiNIM tiktAM sAtalAM trivRtAM vacAm ॥ 22 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसैन्धवं काललवणं पिप्पलीं चेति चूर्णयेत् । दाडिमत्रिफलामांसरसमूत्रसुखोदकैः ॥ २३ ॥
rock salt (saindhava), black salt (kāla lavaṇa), and pippalī – Piper longum should be made into a fine powder. This should be consumed along with either the juice of dāḍima – Punica granatum, decoction of triphalā, soup of meat, cow urine, or warm water.

This recipe is useful in all types of abdominal tumors (gulma), diseases of the spleen (plīhan), all types of enlargement of the abdomen (udara roga), leucoderma (śvitra), skin diseases (kuṣṭha), indigestion/weak digestion (ajaraka), exhaustion/malaise (sadana), and erratic digestive fire (viṣama agni);

hk transliteration by Sanscriptशोफार्शःपाण्डुरोगेषु कामलायां हलीमके । वातपित्तकफांश्चाशु विरेकेण प्रसाधयेत् ॥ २५ ॥
as well as in dropsy/edema (śopha), hemorrhoids (arśas), anemia (pāṇḍu roga), jaundice (kāmalā), and advanced state of jaundice (halīmaka). It quickly controls and expels the vitiated vāta, pitta, and kapha by producing therapeutic purgation (virecana).
