नीलिनीं निचुलं व्योषं क्षारौ लवणपञ्चकम् । चित्रकं च पिबेच्चूर्णं सर्पिषोदरगुल्मनुत् ॥ २६ ॥
Powder of nīlinīṃ – Indigofera tinctoria, niculaṃ – Barringtonia acutangula, vyoṣaṃ – Piper longum, Piper nigrum and Zingiber officinale, the two alkali the five salts, citrakaṃ ca – and Plumbago zeylanica, consumed with ghee cures enlargement of the abdomen and abdominal tumours.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपूर्ववच्च पिबेद्दुग्धं क्षामः शुद्धोऽन्तराऽन्तरा। कारभं गव्यमाजं वादद्यादात्ययिके गदे॥२७॥
The patient who has become thin / weak by these purgative recipes should drink milk of the camel, cow or goat, in between, in the disease associated with complications / in emergency, in the same manner as described earlier (in verses 11-12)
