hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्नुक्क्षीरपलकल्केन त्रिवृताषट्पलेन च । एषां चानु पिबेत्पेयां रसं स्वादु पयोऽथवा ॥ ३४ ॥
along with one pala (48 grams) of the paste of snuhī milky sap and six palas (288 grams) of trivṛt (Operculina turpethum). After consuming any of these recipes, one should drink thin gruel (peyā), sweet meat soup (rasa), or milk (payas).
