पीतं निःक्वाथ्य तोयेन कोष्ठपृष्ठांसशूलजित् । शिलाजं पयसानल्पपञ्चमूलशृतेन वा ॥ ५१ ॥

नीलिनीत्रिवृतादन्तीपथ्याकम्पिल्लकैः सह। समलाय घृतं देयं सबिडक्षारनागरम्॥५४॥

When the malas (doshas) are accumulated, ghee prepared with nīlinī – Indigofera tinctoria, trivṛt – Operculina turpethum, dantī – Baliospermum montanum, pathyā – Terminalia chebula and kampillaka – Mallotus philippensis should be given mixed with the powder of viḍa salt, kṣāra (alkali of Hordeum vulgare), and nāgara – Zingiber officinale.
