Arthashastra
शस्त्रेण रसेन वा विक्रान्तं तत्र एव घातयेद् "भ्रातृ घातको अयम्" इति ॥
and when he murders his brother with a weapon or with poison, he shall be put to death in the same spot under the plea that he is a parricide.
english translation
zastreNa rasena vA vikrAntaM tatra eva ghAtayed "bhrAtR ghAtako ayam" iti ॥
