hk transliteration by Sanscriptयत्र दूष्यः प्रतिषेद्धव्यस् तत्र दूष्यम् एव फल्गु बल तीक्ष्ण युक्तं प्रेषयेत्, गच्छ, अमुष्मिन् दुर्गे राष्ट्रे वा सैन्यम् उत्थापय हिरण्यं वा, वल्लभाद् वा हिरण्यम् आहारय, वल्लभ कन्यां वा प्रसह्य आनय, दुर्ग सेतु वणिक् पथ शून्य निवेश खनि द्रव्य हस्ति वन कर्मणाम् अन्यतमद् वा कारय राष्ट्र पाल्यम् अन्त पाल्यं वा यश् च त्वा प्रतिषेधयेन् न वा ते साहाय्यं दद्यात् स बन्धव्यः स्यात्" इति ॥
When a seditious person is to be got rid of, another seditious person with an army of inefficient soldiers and fiery spies may be sent with the mission: "Go out into this fort or country and raise an army or some revenue; deprive a courtier of his gold; bring by force the daughter of a courtier; build a fort; open a garden; construct a road for traffic; set up a new village; exploit a mine; form forest-preserves for timber or elephants; set up a district or a boundary; and arrest and capture those who prevent your work or do not give you help."

yatra dUSyaH pratiSeddhavyas tatra dUSyam eva phalgu bala tIkSNa yuktaM preSayet, gaccha, amuSmin durge rASTre vA sainyam utthApaya hiraNyaM vA, vallabhAd vA hiraNyam AhAraya, vallabha kanyAM vA prasahya Anaya, durga setu vaNik patha zUnya niveza khani dravya hasti vana karmaNAm anyatamad vA kAraya rASTra pAlyam anta pAlyaM vA yaz ca tvA pratiSedhayen na vA te sAhAyyaM dadyAt sa bandhavyaH syAt" iti ॥
