शक्यः कुमारो मन्त्रि पुरोहिताभ्यां वारयितुम्, न सुभगा बालिश्याद् अनर्थ्य जन सम्योगाच् च इति ॥
it is possible to prevent through the minister and the priest, the oppression caused by the prince, but not the oppression caused by the favourite wife, since she is usually stubborn and keeps company with wicked persons.
english translation
zakyaH kumAro mantri purohitAbhyAM vArayitum, na subhagA bAlizyAd anarthya jana samyogAc ca iti ॥
