"स्त्रीषु हि बालिश्यम् अनेक विधं निशान्त प्रणिधौ व्याख्यातम् ॥
there are various kinds of childishness among women, as explained in the chapter on „The Harem,‟

"strISu hi bAlizyam aneka vidhaM nizAnta praNidhau vyAkhyAtam ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपाने तु शब्द आदीनाम् इन्द्रिय अर्थानाम् उपभोगः प्रीति दानं परिजन पूजनं कर्म श्रम वधश् च" इति ॥
whereas in drinking, the enjoyment of sound and other objects of the senses, pleasing other people, honouring the followers, and relaxation from the fatigue of work (are the advantages).

pAne tu zabda AdInAm indriya arthAnAm upabhogaH prIti dAnaM parijana pUjanaM karma zrama vadhaz ca" iti ॥

in the case of addiction to women, the consequences are the birth of children, self-protection, change of wives in the harem, and absence of such consequences in the case of unworthy outside women.

strI vyasane bhavaty apatya utpattir Atma rakSaNaM ca_antar dAreSu viparyayo vA bAhyeSu, agamyeSu sarva ucchittiH ॥
