प्रकृत्य् अवयवानां तु व्यसनस्य विशेषतः । बहु भावो अनुरागो वा सारो वा कार्य साधकः ॥
When a part of one of the elements of sovereignty is under troubles, the extent, affection, and strength of the serviceable part can be the means of accomplishing a work.
english translation
prakRty avayavAnAM tu vyasanasya vizeSataH । bahu bhAvo anurAgo vA sAro vA kArya sAdhakaH ॥
