पाषण्ड संघ द्रव्यम् अश्रोत्रिय उपभोग्यं वा देव द्रव्यम् आढ्य विधवा द्रव्यं वा गूढम् अनुप्रविश्य सार्थ यान पात्राणि च मदन रस योगेन अतिसंधाय अपहरेत् ॥
Having acquired close intimacy with heretics (páshanda), rich widows, or merchants carrying on ocean traffic he may, by making use of poison (madanarasa), rob them of their wealth as well as the wealth of gods unless the latter is enjoyable by Bráhmans learned in the Vedas.
english translation
pASaNDa saMgha dravyam azrotriya upabhogyaM vA deva dravyam ADhya vidhavA dravyaM vA gUDham anupravizya sArtha yAna pAtrANi ca madana rasa yogena atisaMdhAya apaharet ॥
