तुष्टान् भूयो अर्थ मानाभ्यां पूजयेत् ॥

atuSTAMs tuSTi hetos tyAgena sAmnA ca prasAdayet ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपरस्पराद् वा भेदयेद् एनान्, सामन्त आटविक तत् कुलीन अपरुद्धेभ्यश् च ॥
or dissension may be sown among them so that they may alienate themselves from each other, from a neighbouring enemy, from a wild tribe, or from a banished or imprisoned prince.
