Arthashastra
यत् परस्य दुर्बलं वीत हस्त्य् अश्वं दूष्य अमात्यं कृत उपजापं वा तत् प्रभूत सारेण अभिहन्यात् ॥
When the enemy's force is weak, with few horses and elephants, and is contaminated with the intrigue of treacherous ministers, the conqueror should strike it with most of his best troops.
english translation
yat parasya durbalaM vIta hasty azvaM dUSya amAtyaM kRta upajApaM vA tat prabhUta sAreNa abhihanyAt ॥
