पुरोहित पुरुषाः कृत्य अभिचारं ब्रूयुः, यन्त्रिक वर्धकि मौहूर्तिकाः स्व कर्म सिद्धिम् असिद्धिं परेषाम् ॥
The followers of the priest should proclaim the auspicious aspects of the witchcraft performed. Spies, carpenters and astrologers should also declare the success of their own operations and the failure of those of the enemy.
english translation
purohita puruSAH kRtya abhicAraM brUyuH, yantrika vardhaki mauhUrtikAH sva karma siddhim asiddhiM pareSAm ॥
