hk transliteration by Sanscriptआढ्य विधवा गूढ आजीवा योग स्त्रियो वा दाय निक्षेप अर्थं विवदमानाः संघ मुख्यान् उन्मादयेयुः, अदिति कौशिक स्त्रियो नर्तकी गायना वा ॥
Widows or women, employed as spies with secret instructions, may dispute among themselves about the claim for a deposit kept with the king, and attract the chiefs of the corporations (by their beauty when they present themselves before the king).

ADhya vidhavA gUDha AjIvA yoga striyo vA dAya nikSepa arthaM vivadamAnAH saMgha mukhyAn unmAdayeyuH, aditi kauzika striyo nartakI gAyanA vA ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रतिपन्नान् गूढ वेश्मसु रात्रि समागम प्रविष्टांस् तीक्ष्णा हन्युर् बद्ध्वा हरेयुर् वा ॥
Harlots, or a dancing woman, or a songstress may make an appointment to meet a lover in some secret house.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptसत्त्री वा स्त्री लोलुपं संघ मुख्यं प्ररूपयेत् "अमुष्मिन् ग्रामे दरिद्र कुल्लम् अपसृतम्, तस्य स्त्री राज अर्हा, गृहाण एनाम्" इति ॥
A spy may tell the chief of a corporation who is fond of women: "In this village, the family of a poor man is bereaved (of the householder); his wife deserves to be the wife of a king; seize her."

sattrI vA strI lolupaM saMgha mukhyaM prarUpayet "amuSmin grAme daridra kullam apasRtam, tasya strI rAja arhA, gRhANa enAm" iti ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptगृहीतायाम् अर्ध मास अनन्तरं सिद्ध व्यञ्जनो दूष्य संघ मुख्य मध्ये प्रक्रोशेत् "असौ मे मुख्यो भार्यां स्नुषां भगिनीं दुहितरं वा अधिचरति" इति ॥
Half a month after she has been seized, an ascetic spy may accuse the chief in the midst of the corporation by saying: "This man has illegally kept my chief wife, or sister-in-law, or sister, or daughter."

gRhItAyAm ardha mAsa anantaraM siddha vyaJjano dUSya saMgha mukhya madhye prakrozet "asau me mukhyo bhAryAM snuSAM bhaginIM duhitaraM vA adhicarati" iti ॥
