आढ्य विधवा गूढ आजीवा योग स्त्रियो वा दाय निक्षेप अर्थं विवदमानाः संघ मुख्यान् उन्मादयेयुः, अदिति कौशिक स्त्रियो नर्तकी गायना वा ॥
Widows or women, employed as spies with secret instructions, may dispute among themselves about the claim for a deposit kept with the king, and attract the chiefs of the corporations (by their beauty when they present themselves before the king).

प्रतिपन्नान् गूढ वेश्मसु रात्रि समागम प्रविष्टांस् तीक्ष्णा हन्युर् बद्ध्वा हरेयुर् वा ॥

सत्त्री वा स्त्री लोलुपं संघ मुख्यं प्ररूपयेत् "अमुष्मिन् ग्रामे दरिद्र कुल्लम् अपसृतम्, तस्य स्त्री राज अर्हा, गृहाण एनाम्" इति ॥
A spy may tell the chief of a corporation who is fond of women: "In this village, the family of a poor man is bereaved (of the householder); his wife deserves to be the wife of a king; seize her."

गृहीतायाम् अर्ध मास अनन्तरं सिद्ध व्यञ्जनो दूष्य संघ मुख्य मध्ये प्रक्रोशेत् "असौ मे मुख्यो भार्यां स्नुषां भगिनीं दुहितरं वा अधिचरति" इति ॥
