सत्त्री वा स्त्री लोलुपं संघ मुख्यं प्ररूपयेत् "अमुष्मिन् ग्रामे दरिद्र कुल्लम् अपसृतम्, तस्य स्त्री राज अर्हा, गृहाण एनाम्" इति ॥
A spy may tell the chief of a corporation who is fond of women: "In this village, the family of a poor man is bereaved (of the householder); his wife deserves to be the wife of a king; seize her."
