दैवत उपहार श्राद्ध प्रहवण निमित्तम् आरक्षिषु मदन योग युक्तम् अन्न पानं रसं वा प्रयुज्य अपगच्छेत्, आरक्षक प्रोत्साहनेन वा ॥
Or having served the sentinels with cooked rice and beverage mixed with the juice of madana plant on occasions of making offerings to gods or of performing an ancestral ceremony or some sacrificial rite, the prince may get out.
