राज आक्रोशक मन्त्र भेदकयोर् अनिष्ट प्रवृत्तिकस्य ब्राह्मण महानस अवलेहिनश् च जिह्वाम् उत्पाटयेत् ॥
Any person who insults the king, betrays the king's council, makes evil attempts (against the king), or disregards the sanctity of the kitchens of Bráhmans shall have his tongue cut off.
english translation
rAja Akrozaka mantra bhedakayor aniSTa pravRttikasya brAhmaNa mahAnasa avalehinaz ca jihvAm utpATayet ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रहरण आवरण स्तेनम् अनायुधीयम् इषुभिर् घातयेत् ॥
When a man other than a soldier steals weapons or armour, he shall be shot down by arrows.
english translation
praharaNa AvaraNa stenam anAyudhIyam iSubhir ghAtayet ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptआयुधीयस्य उत्तमः ॥
if he is a soldier, he shall pay the highest amercement.

He who castrates a man shall have his generative organ cut off.

meDhra phala upaghAtinas tad evac chedayet ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptजिह्वा नास उपघाते संदंश वधः ॥
He who hurts the tongue or nose of another shall have his fingers cut off.
