"सर्व आरम्भ उपकरण विष्टि सम्पन्नो अस्मि, व्याधितः पर उपधा विरुद्ध प्रकृतिर् अकृत दुर्ग कर्म निचयो वा, निरासारः सासारो वा पुरा मित्रैः संधत्ते" इत्य् अवमर्द कालः ॥
I am well- equipped with all resources and laborers, while my enemy is ill, has officers whose integrity has been compromised by temptation, possesses unfinished forts and insufficient stores, and is either without allies or has friends who are secretly hostile. This is an opportune time for attack.
english translation
"sarva Arambha upakaraNa viSTi sampanno asmi, vyAdhitaH para upadhA viruddha prakRtir akRta durga karma nicayo vA, nirAsAraH sAsAro vA purA mitraiH saMdhatte" ity avamarda kAlaH ॥
