Arthashastra
प्रमादं याति यस्मिन् वा विश्वासात् स्व जन उत्सवे ॥ यत्र अस्य आरक्षि संचारो दुर्दिने संकुलेषु वा ।
Whatever may be the festivities of his own men, which the king goes to attend, wherever he is unguarded or during a cloudy day, or in the tumultuous concourse of people.
english translation
pramAdaM yAti yasmin vA vizvAsAt sva jana utsave ॥ yatra asya ArakSi saMcAro durdine saMkuleSu vA ।
