संघ भृताः सम्भूय समुत्थातारो वा यथा सम्भाषितं वेतनं समं वा विभजेरन् ॥
Guilds of workmen (sanghabhritáh, workmen employed by Companies) as well as those who carry on any cooperative work (sambhúya samutthátarah) shall divide their earnings (vetanam = wages) either equally or as agreed upon among themselves.

कर्षण वैदेहका वा सस्य पण्य आरम्भ पर्यवसान अन्तरे सन्नस्य यथा कृतस्य कर्मणः प्रत्यंशं दद्युः ॥
Cultivators or merchants shall, either at the end or in the middle of their cultivation or manufacture, pay to their labourers as much of the latter's share as is proportional to the work done.

पुरुष उपस्थाने समग्रम् अंशं दद्युः ॥
If the labourers, giving up work in the middle, supply substitutes, they shall be paid their wages in full.
