ततः सज्यानां धनुषां यन्त्राणां च पुरस्ताच् छेदनं ज्याच् छेदनं करोति ॥
When this rope is cut into two pieces before a drawn bow or any other shooting machine, the string of those machines will be suddenly cut into two pieces.
english translation
tataH sajyAnAM dhanuSAM yantrANAM ca purastAc chedanaM jyAc chedanaM karoti ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउदक अहि भस्त्राम् उच्छ्वास मृत्तिकया स्त्रियाः पुरुषस्य वा पूरयेत्, नासिका बन्धनं मुख ग्रहश् च ॥
When the slough of a water-snake (udakáhi) is filled with the breathed-out dirt (uchchhvásamrittika?) of a man or woman (and is held before the face and nose of any person), it causes those organs to swell.
english translation
udaka ahi bhastrAm ucchvAsa mRttikayA striyAH puruSasya vA pUrayet, nAsikA bandhanaM mukha grahaz ca ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवराह भस्त्राम् उच्छ्वासमृत्तिकया पूरयित्वा मर्कट स्नायुना अवबध्नीयात्, आनाह कारणम् ॥
When the sack-like skin of the abdomen of a dog or a boar is filled with the breathed-out dirt (uchchhvásamrittika) of a man or woman and is bound (to the body of a man) with the ligaments of a monkey, it causes the man's body to grow in width and length (ánáha)
english translation
varAha bhastrAm ucchvAsamRttikayA pUrayitvA markaTa snAyunA avabadhnIyAt, AnAha kAraNam ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकृष्ण चतुर्दश्यां शस्त्र हताया गोः कपिलायाः पित्तेन राज वृक्षमयीम् अमित्र प्रतिमाम् अञ्ज्यात्, अन्धी करणम् ॥
When the figure of an enemy carved out of rájavriksha (cassia fistula) is besmeared with the bile of a brown cow killed with a weapon on the fourteenth day of the dark half of the month, it causes blindness (to the enemy).
english translation
kRSNa caturdazyAM zastra hatAyA goH kapilAyAH pittena rAja vRkSamayIm amitra pratimAm aJjyAt, andhI karaNam ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptचतुर् भक्त उपवासी कृष्ण चतुर्दश्यां बलिं कृत्वा शूल प्रोतस्य पुरुषस्य अस्थ्ना कीलकान् कारयेत् ॥
Having fasted for four nights and offered animal sacrifice (bali) on the fourteenth day of the dark half of the month, one should get a few bolt-like pieces prepared from the bone of a man put to the gallows.

catur bhakta upavAsI kRSNa caturdazyAM baliM kRtvA zUla protasya puruSasya asthnA kIlakAn kArayet ॥
