उदक अहि भस्त्राम् उच्छ्वास मृत्तिकया स्त्रियाः पुरुषस्य वा पूरयेत्, नासिका बन्धनं मुख ग्रहश् च ॥
When the slough of a water-snake (udakáhi) is filled with the breathed-out dirt (uchchhvásamrittika?) of a man or woman (and is held before the face and nose of any person), it causes those organs to swell.
english translation
udaka ahi bhastrAm ucchvAsa mRttikayA striyAH puruSasya vA pUrayet, nAsikA bandhanaM mukha grahaz ca ॥
