अटव्य् अन्त पाल पुर राष्ट्र मुख्यैश् च प्रतिसंसर्गं गच्छेद् अनुग्रह अर्थम् ॥

He shall take care to secure his treasure (sára) and life from danger. If he cannot reach the intended market, he may sell the merchandise (at any market) free from all dues (sarvadeyavisuddham).

english translation

aTavy anta pAla pura rASTra mukhyaiz ca pratisaMsargaM gacched anugraha artham ॥
