यस्य वा प्रवीर पुरुषो हस्ती हयो वा म्रियेत गूढ पुरुषैर् हन्येत ह्रियेत वा सत्त्रिणः परस्पर उपहतं ब्रूयुः ॥
When an enemy's brave soldier, elephant, or horse dies, or is killed, or carried off by spies, other spies may tell the enemy that the death is due to mutual conflict among his followers.

yasya vA pravIra puruSo hastI hayo vA mriyeta gUDha puruSair hanyeta hriyeta vA sattriNaH paraspara upahataM brUyuH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptततः शासनम् अभिशस्तस्य प्रेषयेत् "भूयः कुरु ततः पण शेएषम् अवाप्स्यसि" इति ॥
The man who is employed to commit such murders may be asked to repeat his work again on the condition of his receiving the balance due to him.
