अथ अमित्र शासनं मुख्य उपघाताय प्रेषितम् उभय वेतनो ग्राहयेत् ॥
Then the recipient of salaries from the two states (the conqueror's and the enemy's state) may inform the suspected minister to destroy (the king).

atha amitra zAsanaM mukhya upaghAtAya preSitam ubhaya vetano grAhayet ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउत्साह शक्तिमतो वा प्रेषयेत् "अमुष्य राज्यं गृहाण, यथा अस्थितो नः संधिः" इति ॥
Or such kings as are possessed of enthusiasm and power may be told: "Seize the country of this king, our treaty of peace standing as before."

utsAha zaktimato vA preSayet "amuSya rAjyaM gRhANa, yathA asthito naH saMdhiH" iti ॥

Thereafter, secret agents should inform the enemies.

A single army division should destroy the enemy's shelter, their transport poles, and their reinforcements.
