सनिग्रहोऽनिग्रहश्च सन्दंशौ षोडशाङ्गुलौ भवतः, त्वङ्मांससिरास्नायुगतशल्योद्धरणार्थमुपदिश्येते ॥११॥
The forceps are of two types - with and without teeth. They are sixteen fingers long and are recommended for extracting foreign bodies lodged in the skin, flesh, veins and ligaments.
