नातिशीतो गुरुः स्निग्धो मन्दपित्तकफः स्मृतः । छगलस्त्वनभिष्यन्दी तेषां पीनसनाशनः ॥८७॥
Not too cold, heavy, and unctuous, beneficial for the slow digestion of Pitta and Kapha. The goat is non-excessive in moisture, useful for the treatment of chronic illnesses and reducing excess phlegm.

अत्यधिक ठंडा नहीं, भारी और चिकना, पित्त और कफ के मंद पाचन के लिए लाभकारी। बकरा अत्यधिक नमी से रहित है, पुरानी बीमारियों के इलाज और अधिक कफ को कम करने के लिए उपयोगी है।
