विलेपी बहुसिक्था स्याद्यवागूर्विरलद्रवा | विष्टम्भी पायसो बल्यो मेदःकफकरो गुरुः ||३४५||

A preparation with a lot of fats and with a thin consistency, if it is thickened, becomes constipating. It is a nourishing soup, heavy, and increases fat and mucus.

english translation

यदि किसी पदार्थ में बहुत अधिक वसा हो और वह पतला हो, तो उसे गाढ़ा करने पर वह कब्ज़ियत पैदा करता है। यह एक पोषक सूप होता है, भारी होता है और वसा व कफ को बढ़ाता है।
