ईषत्तिक्तं त्रिदोषघ्नं शाकं कटु सतीनजम् | नात्युष्णशीतं कुष्ठघ्नं काकमाच्यास्तु तद्विधम् ||२६६||

The vegetable of Satinaja is slightly bitter, pungent, and pacifies all three doshas. It is neither too hot nor too cold and is effective against skin diseases. Similarly, Kakamachi has similar qualities.

english translation

सतीनज का शाक हल्का तिक्त, कटु और त्रिदोषनाशक होता है। यह न तो अत्यधिक उष्ण होता है और न ही अधिक शीतल, और कुष्ठनाशक होता है। काकमाची भी इसी प्रकार की होती है।
