रूक्षोष्णं कटुकं पाके लघु वातकफापहम् । तिक्तमीषद्विषहितं विडङ्गं कृमिनाशनम् ॥१९८॥
1. The fruit of Vidanga is rough, warm, and bitter in taste. 2. It is light, alleviates Vata (wind) and Kapha (mucus) disorders, and is effective in curing parasitic infections.

1. विडंग का फल रूखा, गर्म, और कर्कश स्वाद वाला होता है। 2. यह हल्का होता है, वात (वायु) और कफ (म्यूकस) विकारों को दूर करता है, और कृमि (पारासाइटिक) संक्रमणों का इलाज करता है।
