अम्लानि रसतः पाके गुरूण्युष्णानि वीर्यतः । पित्तलान्यनिलघ्नानि कफोत्क्लेशकराणि च ॥१४०॥
Acidic fruits are those that are sour in taste, heavy in digestion, and hot in potency. They are known to aggravate Pitta dosha, reduce Vata dosha, and can cause congestion in the body.

अम्ल फल वे होते हैं जो स्वाद में खट्टे, पाचन में भारी और वीर्य में उष्ण होते हैं। ये फल पित्त दोष को बढ़ाते हैं, वात दोष को कम करते हैं, और शरीर में कफ को उत्तेजित कर सकते हैं।
