Sharkara (jaggery) is sweet, pleasing to the taste, enhances digestion, and cleanses the bladder. It pacifies Vata, is sweet in digestion, beneficial for the heart, and stimulates the senses.

शर्करा (गुड़) मधुर, रुचिकर, पाचन को बढ़ावा देने वाला और मूत्राशय को साफ करने वाला होता है। यह वात को शांत करता है, पाचन में भी मधुर होता है, हृदय के लिए लाभकारी है, और इंद्रियों को उत्तेजित करता है।
