Oils made from Tuvaraka (Hydnocarpus laurifolia) and Bhallātaka (Semecarpus anacardium) are hot, sweet, astringent, and slightly bitter in taste. They pacify vata, kapha, skin diseases, excess fat, diabetes, and parasitic worms, and they balance the doshas in both the upper and lower parts of the body.
