एष मुस्तादिको नाम्ना [१७] गणः श्लेष्मनिषूदनः | योनिदोषहरः स्तन्यशोधनः पाचनस्तथा ||५५||

मुस्त (नागरमोथा) से नामांकित यह गण श्लेष्म के नाशक के रूप में जाना जाता है। यह योनि दोषों को दूर करने, स्तन्य (दूध) को शुद्ध करने और पाचन में सहायक होता है।
