शीते शीतप्रतीकारमुष्णे चोष्णनिवारणम् । कृत्वा कुर्यात् क्रियां प्राप्तां क्रियाकालं न हापयेत् ॥२१॥
In cold weather, one should take measures to counteract the cold, and in hot weather, one should take measures to alleviate the heat. By doing so, one should perform the required actions without neglecting the proper time for these actions.

ठंडे मौसम में शीत को निवारण करने के उपाय किए जाएं और गर्मी के मौसम में गर्मी को दूर करने के उपाय किए जाएं। इस प्रकार, किए गए कार्यों को उचित समय पर ही संपन्न करना चाहिए।
