सर्वशल्यानां तु महतामणूनां वा द्वावेवाहरणहेतू भवतः- प्रतिलोमोऽनुलोमश्च ॥६॥

For all splinters, whether large or small, there are two methods of extraction: Pratiloma (opposite direction) and Anuloma (same direction).

english translation

सभी शल्य, चाहे वे बड़े हों या छोटे, निकालने के लिए दो विधियाँ हैं: प्रतिलोम (विपरीत दिशा) और अनुलोम (समान दिशा)।

hindi translation

sarvazalyAnAM tu mahatAmaNUnAM vA dvAvevAharaNahetU bhavataH- pratilomo'nulomazca ॥6॥
