एतैरुपायैः शल्यं तु नैव निर्यात्यते यदि । मत्या निपुणया वैद्यो यन्त्रयोगैश्च निर्हरेत् ॥२५॥
The splinter is not removed by these methods alone if the physician is not skilled and does not use appropriate instruments.

इन तरीकों से शल्य को तब तक नहीं निकाला जा सकता जब तक चिकित्सक कुशल न हो और उचित यंत्रों का उपयोग न करे।
