शोणितस्य स्थानं यकृत्प्लीहानौ, तच्च प्रागभिहितं; तत्रस्थमेव शेषाणां शोणितस्थानानामनुग्रहं करोति ॥१६॥
The place of blood is in the liver and spleen, as previously mentioned. It provides support to the other locations of blood within the body.

रक्त का स्थान यकृत और प्लीहा है, जैसा कि पहले कहा गया है। यहीं पर शरीर के अन्य रक्त स्थानों को सहारा मिलता है।
