तत्र घनां कवलिकां दत्त्वा वामहस्तपरिक्षेपमृजुमनाविद्धमसङ्कुचितं मृदु पट्टं निवेश्य बध्नीयात् । न च व्रणस्योपरि कुर्याद्ग्रन्थिमाबाधकरं च ॥२०॥
Thereafter, place a thick, soft, and smooth pad on the affected area, pressing it gently with the left hand. Secure it in place without causing any constriction. Do not apply it on top of the wound or over any swelling that might cause obstruction.

तत्पश्चात, प्रभावित क्षेत्र पर एक घना, मुलायम और चिकना पट्टा रखें, जिसे बाएं हाथ से धीरे से दबाएं। इसे सुरक्षित रूप से बांधें बिना किसी संकुचन के। इसे घाव के ऊपर या किसी ग्रंथि को बाधित करने वाली सूजन पर न लगाएं।
