देहस्य रुधिरं मूलं रुधिरेणैव धार्यते । तस्माद्यत्नेन संरक्ष्यं रक्तं जीव इति स्थितिः ॥४४॥
The blood is the essence of the body and is maintained by itself. Therefore, one should carefully protect the blood to ensure life.

रक्त शरीर का मूल तत्व है और स्वयं द्वारा सुरक्षित रहता है। इसलिए, जीवन की सुरक्षा के लिए रक्त की सावधानीपूर्वक रक्षा करनी चाहिए।
