कृत्स्नं शरीरं निष्पीड्य मेदोमज्जवसायुतः । अधः प्रक्रमते वायुस्तेनासाध्यास्तु वातजाः ॥२१॥
When the entire body is pressed down by the accumulation of fat and marrow, the air moves downward, causing the vata-related ailments which are difficult to cure.

जब पूरे शरीर को वसा और मज्जा के संचय से दबाया जाता है, तब वायु नीचे की ओर गति करती है, जिससे वात संबंधी रोग उत्पन्न होते हैं, जो कठिनाई से ठीक होते हैं।
