पक्वाशयगतास्तत्र नाड्यो मूत्रवहास्तु याः | तर्पयन्ति सदा मूत्रं सरितः सागरं यथा ||२१||

In a waking state and in sleep, the bladder fills up with the excretion from the inside, and it is filled from the sides by the liquid placed at the opening.

जाग्रत अवस्था और नींद में, मूत्राशय अंदर से निकलने वाले पदार्थ से भरता है, और इसे मुख से निकले हुए तरल द्वारा पार्श्वों से भर दिया जाता है।

Just as a jar fills with water, the bladder is filled with urine. Similarly, through entry, the doshas (vata, pitta, or kapha) also fill.

जैसे एक घड़ा पानी से भरता है, वैसे ही मूत्राशय मूत्र से भरता है। इसी प्रकार, प्रवेश द्वारा वात, पित्त, या कफ भी भरते हैं।

When it enters with the urine, it causes the formation of stones. Just as in a new jar that is filled with clean water, the water spreads in all directions.

जब यह मूत्र के साथ प्रवेश करता है, तो यह पथरी का निर्माण करता है। जैसे एक नए घड़े में स्वच्छ पानी भरने पर पानी चारों ओर फैल जाता है।
